Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
  • Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  • In a medium bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
  • Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Scatter the buffalo chicken evenly over the dressing layer.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  • Add thinly sliced red onion and blue cheese crumbles if desired.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh chives or green onions.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use spicy buffalo wing sauce for more heat.
  • Customize toppings to suit taste preferences.
  • Grill instead of baking for a smoky flavor.
