  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder optional
  • maple syrup or sweetener of choice to taste (optional)
  • hemp seeds for topping
  • coconut flakes for topping
  • blueberries for topping
  • freeze dried strawberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine frozen berries, ice cubes, coconut milk, almond butter, and spinach in a blender.
  • Add acai powder if desired and blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk as needed for thickness.
  • Taste and sweeten with maple syrup or your preferred sweetener if desired; blend again briefly.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls and top with hemp seeds, coconut flakes, blueberries, and freeze dried strawberries.
