- 4 sheets graham crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 large banana sliced or 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Crush graham cracker sheets into crumbs and sprinkle evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the graham cracker crumbs.
Cover the chocolate chips with mini marshmallows, spreading evenly to cover the skillet bottom.
Arrange sliced strawberries and banana on top of the marshmallows.
Sprinkle chopped pecans and the remaining 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips over the fruit.
Broil in the oven on high for 3-4 minutes until marshmallows become puffy and golden brown, then remove.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before scooping and serving with additional graham crackers.
For outdoor cooking, place the skillet on a grate over indirect fire heat, heat until marshmallows melt, then cool before serving.
