- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage chopped
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the egg mixture.
Cook the eggs gently until just set, then remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on each dough triangle, then top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked bacon or sausage.
