Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and pat chicken breasts dry.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil for last 5 minutes to brown the chicken.

Notes

  • Substitute chicken thighs for a juicier flavor.
  • Use cream alternatives for a lighter sauce.
  • Leftovers refrigerate well for 2 days.
