Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet until no pink remains.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for one minute, then drain excess grease.
  • Season with seasoned salt, then stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth.
  • Simmer lightly for 2-3 minutes until broth is absorbed.
  • Stir in half the cheese and half the bacon.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bacon, cover, and allow cheese to melt with steam.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.

  • Customize with your favorite burger toppings.
