Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz frozen fast food fries
  • 2 large onions diced
  • 3 slices turkey bacon cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp relish
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Dice onions and sauté in a large skillet with olive oil and butter over medium heat for about 20 minutes until caramelized.
  • Cook frozen fries in the air fryer following package instructions until golden and crispy.
  • Cube turkey bacon and cook in a separate skillet until crispy, then drain excess grease on paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, Worcestershire sauce, chives, garlic powder, sugar, and smoked paprika to make the burger sauce.
  • Assemble dish by layering fries topped with caramelized onions, crispy turkey bacon, and drizzled generously with burger sauce.

  • Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
