Description

Ingredients

1 cup cooked ground beef
6 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or muffin liners


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, bell peppers, and onions until well combined.
4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the egg muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.
