Description

Peach Fluff Salad is one of those vintage, potluck-perfect desserts that somehow manages to be nostalgic, ridiculously easy, and totally delicious all at once. It’s creamy, fruity, fluffy, and just sweet enough to keep you going back for “one more spoonful” until the bowl is mysteriously empty. Think juicy peaches, fluffy whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and a hint of vanilla—all mixed together in a dreamy, cloud-like salad that’s actually more of a dessert. It’s the kind of dish that shows up at family gatherings, holiday tables, and BBQs, and somehow always steals the show.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fluff:

1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches in juice, drained and chopped
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix (just the dry mix)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional but amazing)

For Garnish (Optional but Cute):

Extra peach slices
Toasted coconut
Maraschino cherries

Instructions

Step 1: Mix It Up

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, coconut, and dry vanilla pudding mix. Stir everything together until well coated and pudding starts to cling to the fruit.

Step 2: Fluff It Up

Fold in the whipped topping gently until everything is light, fluffy, and fully combined.
If using nuts, fold them in now too.

Step 3: Chill Time

Pop the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight) to let the flavors meld and the texture get perfectly fluffy.

Step 4: Serve and Swoon

Spoon into a pretty bowl, garnish with peach slices, coconut, or cherries if you’re feeling fancy. Serve chilled.

Notes

Serve in individual cups for parties or picnics.
Pairs beautifully with BBQ, fried chicken, or as part of a dessert buffet.
Great for Easter, summer gatherings, or anytime you want something light and sweet.
