Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
3. Layer half of the oat mixture in a jar or container.
4. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
5. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt over the strawberries.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining oat mixture, strawberries, and yogurt.
7. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
8. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold or warm it up if desired.
