Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
2. Add the steak bites to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator).
3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove steak from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the marinade.
5. Add steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
6. Transfer steak bites to a serving plate and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
