Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin or stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Sear for Flavor
(Optional, but worth it.) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly sear steak pieces just until browned—about 2 minutes per side. Work in batches if needed.
Step 2: Into the Slow Cooker
Add steak bites to your slow cooker. Top with butter, garlic, Worcestershire, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Cook Low and Slow
Cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the beef is tender and flavorful.
Step 4: Serve and Swoon
Stir gently and serve with a spoonful of that garlicky butter sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
