Ingredients
1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
2 cups bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
1 cup red onion, sliced
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. On a large sheet pan, combine the sliced chicken sausage, bell peppers, red onion, and Brussels sprouts.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
4. Spread the mixture out in an even layer on the sheet pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned.
