Ingredients
1 medium-sized watermelon
1 cup of coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
1 lime (juiced and zested)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the rind.
2. Slice the watermelon into thin wedges, then cut those wedges into fry-shaped pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together the coconut yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
4. Serve the watermelon fries chilled alongside the coconut lime dip.
Notes
For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chili powder on the watermelon fries before serving. Adjust sweetness in the dip according to your taste preferences.
