Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of flour
1/8 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.
2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. Stir in the sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
4. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes or until the bread is set in the center.
