Description

A deliciously creamy and cheesy dip with a hint of beer, perfect for dipping soft pretzels or veggies.


Ingredients

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and beer. Stir until smooth.
2. Gradually add the cheddar cheese while stirring continuously until melted and combined.
3. Mix in the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the dip is heated through and creamy.
5. Serve warm with soft pretzels or your favorite dippers.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving. Adjust the thickness by adding more beer if needed.
