Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
4 oz limoncello
12 oz Prosecco (DOC or DOCG, preferably)
½ oz sparkling water (optional)
2 slices lemon (for garnish)
Fruit and mint sprigs (optional garnish)
Instructions
Fill your glasses halfway with crushed ice.
Pour in the limoncello – 2 oz per glass.
Top with Prosecco – about 6 oz per glass.
Add a splash of sparkling water if you prefer a lighter version.
Garnish with lemon slices, and if desired, add mint sprigs or fruit for a festive touch.
