These Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are a delicious and easy appetizer or main dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the savory taste of garlic. Perfect for entertaining or a quick weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon bites on it in a single layer.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining marinade over the top.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste. Serve these bites with rice or salad for a complete meal.
