  • Author: Tyla
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 1012 bites 1x

Description

Imagine all the best parts of cookie dough — creamy, sweet, studded with chocolate chips — but made lighter and packed with protein thanks to Greek yogurt. These Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough Bites are a dream come true for anyone who wants dessert without the sugar crash. They’re no-bake, insanely easy to make, and perfect for popping straight from the fridge whenever that sweet tooth hits. (Warning: They will disappear fast.)

Ingredients

Scale

For the Bites:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (use full-fat for creaminess)

  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 23 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Crushed nuts

  • Shredded coconut

  • Cinnamon

  • Protein powder for an extra boost

Instructions

Step 1: Mix It Up
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Stir until it looks like thick, glorious cookie dough.

Step 2: Add the Goodies
Fold in the mini chocolate chips (and any other add-ins your heart desires).

Step 3: Chill It Down
Pop the bowl into the freezer for about 20 minutes. This firms up the dough and makes it easier to scoop.

Step 4: Roll ‘Em
Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
Place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Step 5: Snack Time
Keep them stored in the fridge or freezer for easy grab-and-go treats!

Notes

  • Roll them in crushed nuts or coconut for extra texture.

  • Dip them halfway in melted chocolate if you’re feeling fancy.

  • Serve with a side of berries for a balanced snack plate
