Description

This hearty Giant Breakfast Wrap is perfect for a filling breakfast or brunch. Packed with eggs, sausage, cheese, and fresh veggies, it’s a delicious way to start your day!


Ingredients

1 large tortilla wrap (12-inch)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/4 cup of bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup of onions, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until they are soft.
2. Add the crumbled sausage to the skillet and cook until heated through.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
4. Place the tortilla wrap on a flat surface and layer the egg mixture in the center. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
6. Optional: Place the wrap back on the skillet for 2-3 minutes to toast it slightly before serving.
