Instructions

Sausage Bites:

  4. Remove sausage; melt butter in the same skillet.
  5. Add garlic; cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return sausage to pan; toss with garlic butter and Italian seasoning.
  7. Garnish with parsley and set aside.

Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder.
  4. Pour in heavy cream; warm gently.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan gradually; stir until smooth.
  6. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg (optional).

Assembly:

  1. Toss cooked pasta in the Parmesan sauce.
  2. Divide into bowls and top with sausage bites.
  3. Garnish with extra cheese and parsley.
