Instructions
Sausage Bites:

- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in garlic powder.
- Pour in heavy cream; warm gently.
- Whisk in Parmesan gradually; stir until smooth.
- Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg (optional).
Assembly:
