Ingredients
For the Brownies:

Instructions
1. Prep and Mix Wet Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Do not overmix.
3. Bake to Perfection
- Spread batter in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly underdone.
- Cool completely in pan.
4. Cool and Serve
- (Optional) Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled brownies.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
