Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
2. Add the chopped strawberries and chia seeds (if using) to the mixture and gently fold them in.
3. Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
5. In the morning, give it a good stir, add extra strawberries or toppings if desired, and enjoy!
