Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup dill pickle juice
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
6. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
