Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Gently fold in the biscuit pieces until well coated.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For added flavor, you can sprinkle some thyme or rosemary on top before baking. Feel free to substitute any vegetables you prefer!
