This Snickerdoodle Cobbler Dessert combines the classic flavors of snickerdoodle cookies with a warm, comforting cobbler. It’s perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in!
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the top.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
This dessert is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
