A delicious and easy one-pot meal featuring tender beef and garlic-infused butter pasta, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces pasta (any type)
4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)


Instructions

1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the pasta to the pot, stirring well. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook according to pasta package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
5. Once done, remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
6. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
