Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups tater tots
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the beef mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Top with tater tots evenly across the mixture.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
