1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
1 cup diced ham

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares (about 4×4 inches).
3. In a bowl, mix together the diced ham, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
5. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
