Description

8 ounces penne pasta
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
2. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add the penne pasta to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
