Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
2. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers into even rounds.
3. Pat the cucumber slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
4. In a bowl, toss the cucumber slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
5. Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours or until the chips are crisp and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
7. Let them cool before serving.
Notes
