Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice the avocados thinly and remove the pit.
3. In a bowl, toss the avocado slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
4. Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
