Description

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Kabobs are a mouthwatering grilled favorite loaded with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and your favorite veggies, all marinated in ranch seasoning. Perfect for BBQs, weeknight dinners, or a fun party appetizer, they’re packed with flavor and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
8 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into thirds
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ranch seasoning with olive oil. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken, bacon, peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy. Serve hot with a side of ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers ahead of time to prevent burning. You can prep these a day in advance and refrigerate until ready to grill. Try adding zucchini or cherry tomatoes for more variety.
