4 slices of bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
2. Add the butter to the skillet with the bacon drippings and let it melt.
3. Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly caramelized.
4. Stir in the crispy bacon, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
