Description
This easy and delicious pulled pork recipe requires just two ingredients: pork roast and your favorite barbecue sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a gathering with friends!
Ingredients
1 (2-3 lb) pork shoulder or pork butt
1 cup of barbecue sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your slow cooker or oven to low heat (around 250°F / 120°C).
2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker or a baking dish.
3. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork, making sure it is well coated.
4. If using a slow cooker, cover and cook for about 8 hours on low, until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
5. If using an oven, cover tightly with foil and bake for about 5-6 hours.
6. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of barbecue sauce based on your taste preference. Serve with buns, coleslaw, or as a topping for nachos.
